Nigeria is celebrating its diamond jubilee as it turns 60 and for the year 2020, there as been a new design in terms of the Logo and as you read on in this article, you are going to see the new logo designed for the celebration.
The Nigeria@60 comes with a theme tagged “Together” and indeed, Nigeria can be strong together, no wonder the One Nigeria statement we hear from people a long time ago is trying to come in, in this great nation.

2020 Nigeria Independence Celebration
Nigeria is Africa’s most populous country, a country of creative, hardworking, and joyful People. Nigerians are considered one of the most resilient people on earth.
As Nigeria clock plus one today being the 1st day of October, a lot of notable countries and people have been congratulating the great nations even the Queen of England.

Nigeria at 60 Logo came as a result of the challenge and prize initiated by the federal government. The Federal Government of Nigeria under the Leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR approved an inclusive National Independence Celebration program that will see that the thematic and creative aspects of the event are designed by Nigerians for Nigeria.
The FGN used the opportunity to harness the power of Nigeria’s creative minds to create a new brand identity around the anniversary theme which will be celebrated in the public space for one year.
The challenge included selecting the best slogan, the best poem, and the best photograph that best embodies the theme “Together as one”. The best concepts from each category of the challenge were selected by a mixture of several assessment criteria including a jury. The top three finalists presented their work to His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, and their work was used in celebrating Nigeria’s 60th Anniversary, and they also receive cash prizes, in addition to being part of this epoch-making event.
