To unpublish your Page:

First of all, Login your Page
Click Settings at the top of your Page
From General, click Page Visibility
Click to select Page unpublished
Click Save Changes

Once you follow the instructions above and click to select Page published To publish your Page, your unpublished Facebook Page will be Republished. Also Keep in mind that newly created Pages may be unpublished because of inactivity.
